Basic rule is simple:

"Do unto others as you would have them do to you"

That means that if you attack someone online, you will be attacked. You might also cause all of your fleetmates to be attacked. if this causes a problem you might not have fleetmates any more. Capish?

Otherwise have as much fun as you can and watch out for rewards along the way...
